US Police ground fight skill with knife

On 24th April, I attended an instructor course in Chicago, US for using of defensive knife to deal with their criminals by the US Police officers. However, I feel upset that the city is really going to be very unsafe and violent where I believe we can't live.

A legend of "LEUNG Siu Lung"

It is a real martial artist in HK whom is "Leung Siu Lung" I respect very much.
